CONNECT at Torquay | Sundays at Cosy Corner

Join us at Cosy Corner Torquay, for a weekly morning of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful community connection. Beginning Sunday 30th November and running through until end of March, these sessions are held 8:00–9:00am every Sunday at the iconic Cosy Corner Torquay.

Each week, our CONNECT facilitators guide you through a gentle, beginner-friendly practice—whether it’s yoga, breathwork, meditation, or a mindful movement sequence. Every session is designed to help you ground, recharge, and begin your weekend with intention.

Afterwards, the invitation continues with CONNECT Over Coffee at the welcoming Salty Dog Café—an opportunity to deepen conversations and share the morning with others.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, this is a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel a true sense of belonging.
